Proceed east on Interstate 80 to exit 14 (Warren). Turn east onto State Route 5. Proceed east for approximately 3 miles at which point State Route 82 merges with State Route 5. Proceed east on State Route 82 for approximately 15 miles. Exit at State Route 46 (Niles-Cortland Road). Turn south on to State Route 46. Proceed south for 1.5 miles to State Route 422. Continue to proceed south on State Route 46 (Vienna Ave.) to to Robbins Ave. Turn west onto Robbins Ave. Proceed west 1/8 mile to the intersection with State St. Turn south onto State St. and proceed south to the to the corner of State St. and E.
